Pepper Lunch made a strong entry to the F&B industry with the creative novelty idea of hotplates servings. It opened it's first outlet at takashimaya, and slowly starts to expand. Their menu offers beef lovers more hotplate choices, so too bad for people who can't eat beef like us.

And as there would always be people who don't understand their hotplate concept, they have placed LCD TV outside to demonstrate to people on how to whip up a delicious meal all by yourself.

Food served to you are raw over a sizzling hotplate, and you are free to cook it & add in the available seasonings to your food. But as the available seasonings are so limited and don't taste that fantastic, your whole hotplate food might taste terrible or even too salty if you add too much.

Once in a while, they would offer new items to the menu at promotion rates. Maybe this is why portions for these new items are miserable.

After all the hard work of being a chef, be prepared to smell bad when you step out of this eatery.
