This is a brand new outlet of Kuriya. Their long standing branch is actually in great world city which my colleagues told me that it is not nice, not worth the $$$.

But somehow, me & mel still decided to try this place after browsing at their colorful menu which entice our appetitte. We requested to be sitted at the sashimi counter as it looks good. We ordered their set dinner and a bowl of cold soba with egg & duck meat. Mel totally adores the soba which he gives a 10/10. But as for the set dinner, i find it very ordinary, nothing to rave about. And the salmon is not very fresh though this place is famous for serving great sashimi, i think otherwise.

Price of items were definitely not cheap. Even for one regular ramen or soba can cost you $18 and more. So i somehow agree with my colleagues that it is not very worth it afterall.

Our Second Visit:

This time round, the swordfish is really fresh & sweet. But as for the soba, it is a bit hard an dry.
