This legendary makan place is one of my (Oinky) pit stop in my company's Amazing Food Race. And this is also how I got to know of it's existence. Though I only took a few bites during the race, the taste of the chicken still lingers in my mouth. This place is also being featured in the Sunday Times Newspaper.

So today, after having a great happy lucky day at HDB Hub for being able to choose our dream home, and being able to purchase our lovely wedding bands, I recommend Meow and his mum to makan here to celebrate. Really big thanks to Meow's mum for helping us so much!!

Meow and his mum place the orders while I just concentrate on eating. The food is here is superb, cheap and value for money. They order 2 sets of Ayam Penyet (Chicken), 1 set of Bawal Penyet (Pomfret), Gado Gado, Chendol, Avacado Juice and Lime Juice.

Everything just taste so good, crispy and filling. The belacan chilli is very very nice though a bit too hot, but you just stop mixing it with your food. The Gado Gado peanut sauce is also thick and nice, I can just lick up everything from the plate.

As for the drinks, the avacado is too thick, not so nice. My chendol is good but too much ice.

This is really one place that you can visit each time you hit orchard road. Trust me, it's BAGUS!!
