They always say one has to creative in order to survive in the F&B industry. This is one such stall which I happen to find out at the takashimaya food basement.

I was attracted by their cute packaging so decided to give it a try. The lady told me that this dish is made of potato but looked & tasted like lasagna. Though it's quite pricey at $3.20 for such small portion, I still go ahead and order one to try.

It indeed looked like lasagna. Thick cheesy top layer that covers the mash potato. In it, you would find items like sausages & peas so you won't get so sick of this food easily. If you are a potato lover like Meow, think you would love this simple food.

Overall food exploration experience is quite good, but I personally find the price too steep.
