De Feng Kway Chup

Geylang Lorong 15

This forever crowded good business stall is opened by Ashley's parents. Though located at the heart of Geylang where fierce food competitions are everywhere, they are doing really well with lots of loyal customers.

Me & Fl have eaten here a lot of times as we got Ashley's special privileges "huge portions, cheaper price", ha.

What we adore is the soup of the kway chup. Very well brewed thick herbal soup which plays the super important role in a bowl of kway chup. We always end up drinking the whole bowl after slurping up the smooth thick translucent slices of kway teow. And lots of dried onion please.

And eating kway chup, side dishes like the pig's intestines & etc are equally important to complete this dish. I personally find the pig's intestines very nicely done, well cleaned and chewy. Even the pig's skin are very clean, free of hair and are thinly sliced to make every bite delectable.

So don't question us why we makan here so frequently. Good food is the main reason.
