This is one old old coffeeshop that has recently being renovated. Though not all stalls serves good food, but at least you can still find those popular foodstalls around. For instance, the traditional Yong Tau Foo stall with neverending orders, the recommended porridge stall by straits times & etc.
It has been a long time since we have last visited. Not all stalls are opened and the place is cleaner and brighter. We ordered those simple cze cha items to try plus the pig's organ soup and fish slice mee sua from the porridge stall.
The fish mee sua is nice, very light sweet broth. The pig's organ soup only has pepper taste. The cze cha items are quite dry.
But as there are too many stalls around, though they do not serve great food, it would still be a good choice for dining out as compared to other hawkers.
